Laser Hair Reduction
Laser hair reduction uses a focused beam of light that's absorbed by the pigment in the hair shaft and follicle, converting to heat that reduces the follicle's ability to produce new hair. Because hair grows in cycles and only actively growing follicles respond fully, a course of sessions — typically spaced four to six weeks apart — is needed to treat hair across its different growth phases. Most people see progressively finer, sparser regrowth after each session, meaning less frequent shaving, waxing or threading over time. Laser settings are calibrated to your skin tone and the treatment area, whether face, underarms, legs or elsewhere, to balance effectiveness with comfort and skin safety. Sessions are performed with cooling to minimise discomfort, involve little to no downtime, and sun protection on treated areas is recommended between sessions.
